Returns Policy: Our Terms and Conditions
Thank you for purchasing VITTA Products.
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, then please follow the procedure below to notify VITTA Group and return it. Any discrepancies must be notified within 3 days and goods must be returned in an unused saleable condition within 14 days of purchase.
Please note this cancellation right does not apply in the case of:
- Chemical and non-ambient products
- Any items that have been manufactured specifically for your requirements (unless there is a manufacturer fault)
- Items which have been used or opened.
To request a return please contact VITTA Group Customer Account Executive Team at email@example.com prior to returning goods. Goods returns without prior authorisation will not be credited.
Please ensure your return request includes the following information:
- Sales order number
- Delivery date
- Item code, description, and quantity
- Images of item
- Reason for return e.g
- Damaged in transit
- Incorrect goods or quantity
- Customer preference
- Other [please state reason]
If you have returned the goods to us because they are faulty, damaged, or mis-described, we will credit the price of the Goods and any postage. Faulty items may be collected or returned postage paid at VITTA Group’s discretion.
If Goods have been delivered to you which you wish to return, you must return them to us without undue delay in any event not later than 14 days after receipt.
We reserve the right to charge a re-stocking fee where the reason for return is customer preference.

If your return is approved, we will send you a returns note to attach to the goods for return.
Goods returned otherwise than in accordance with this policy will not be refunded. We reserve the right to assess the condition of the returned product prior to authorising a credit.
All returns should be sent to the below address unless otherwise confirmed by your VITTA Group representative:

We cannot process a refund for items that are returned outside of our returns policy and without proof of purchase.
Please allow at least 3 days from receipt of your item to process your return.
If you return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment, less the applicable restocking fee. Please note shipping costs for non-faulty items are non-refundable.
